The activities team created a great and fun atmosphere. My family enjoyed the variety of activities throughout the day. The Blu Bar & Grill buffet was quite good (with a great selection). I found the staff helpful with our early check-in at 5 am.
The room phone had a malfunction, so I needed to walk to the front desk. The front desk asked me to call a number or send an email instead of handling the request directly. This was not convenient.

The staff was helpful and cute, particularly with our early check-in. Simi and the activities team were wonderful with the children. They provided superior customer service overall.

The pool area features both shaded sections and a waterslide. There is also an adult-only pool available seeking a quieter experience. The resort includes multiple bars and restaurants, giving ample choices.

The rooms are large and well-equipped. The King Courtyard room included a fully equipped kitchen, a lounge, and a dining area. A washer and dryer were also included in the room.

The breakfast offered many options. The Italian and Thai restaurants were particularly good. The Teppanyaki restaurant has limited seating of just six people.

the staff was friendly and always willing TO help, SO that was acceptable.
The room smelled musty, and the air conditioning barely worked. It was set to a temperature WAY TOO high. Housekeeping did a questionable job, and I THINK they went through my suitcase. I found a dirty pillowcase in my luggage after they had serviced the room.
